Returns and exchanges are not permitted on products due to scent preference. Buyer purchases at their own risk. We do cover damaged product so reach out in our "contact us" section. You must include pictures of the damaged
product. We will not offer replacements without pictures. Your replacement or refund is usually issued within 7 business days.

All of our products are always ready to go when it's on the site. This means they begin shipping immediately! For large orders and custom orders please contact us directly so we can discuss details.
We do our best to ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent packages from sitting in warehouses over the weekend. This MAY impact ship times. We believe our customers would rather wait
just a FEW extra days vs receiving a melted candle! If a candle is melted beyond repair upon arrival please contact us for a resolution.
